Job Details Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 100,000 per month (Basic Pay) + up to Php 6,000 Monthly Transportation Allowance (MTA)* Job Type: Full-time (Supervisory) Schedule: Night shift Work Location: Vertis North, Quezon City Work Setup: Onsite during the probationary period; Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days WFH) upon regularization Target Start Date: First week of July 2026 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our Accounts Receivables (Order to Cash) team and oversee statutory/regulatory compliance for assigned entities, including Australia and New Zealand. You will review high-volume transactional work, coach staff, ensure internal controls, and partner with cross-border teams to meet strict closing deadlines. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Review: Oversee daily AR operations, perform detailed reviews of staff outputs, guide team members, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and internal controls. AR & General Ledger Support: Review journal entries for AR adjustments, manage month-end AR closing activities for US consolidation, use Oracle GL, and assist with monthly P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations (including bank reconciliations). Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate directly with internal departments and local operational teams in Australia/New Zealand to validate transactions, resolve issues proactively, and support multi-entity group reporting. Audit & Compliance: Gather supporting documentation, prepare schedules for external auditors, and ensure all local and regulatory deadlines are met. Quality & Controls: Maintain orderly audit trails, enforce data accuracy controls, and exercise critical judgment on high-volume transactions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college or university. Experience: Minimum of 5 years combined experience in AR, general accounting, or audit. Leadership: At least 3 years in a supervisory role, OR an experienced accountant with strong, demonstrable leadership potential. Technical Skills: Proficient with accounting software (Oracle GL, Salesforce, or modern billing/collection tools preferred) and advanced MS Excel. Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) for daily interaction with international stakeholders. Flexibility: Willing to work the night shift onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City. Preferred Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board passer. Prior experience in multinational operations or multi-entity support.
