RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure the disbursement checklist in a month is completed and accurate. Supplies accounts (PDC, COD and by-term accounts) Subconstruction (with supporting schedules) and agency accounts Advances request and corresponding follow-up on liquidation. Ensure that the remaining cash will be transmitted to finance for deposit. Audit and check vouchering of Petty Cash Replenishment Sales Commission after securing computation from the finance manager Accommodation, meal allowances and communication Administrative expenses such as rent, electricity, and utilities Processing gov't mandated reports - SSS, PHIC, and Pag ibig Others: Asset purchase and accrual of accounts ACCOUNTS PAYABLES CHECK VOUCHERING Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Company events On-site parking Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Ability to commute/relocate: Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) License/Certification: CPA license (Preferred) Work Location: In person
