Preparation of payments to vendors/suppliers and government agencies Assist Senior Accountant in processing and analyzing accounts; Assisting in the preparation of reports and schedules; Processing and recording transactions in the accounting system; Ensure complete filing of accounting documents and orderly storage; Assist in Tax schedule generation and preparation for filling; Ensures timely and accurate submission of reports; and Monitor, maintain, and file contracts related to billing and financial transactions. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must have at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; Open for Fresh-Graduates Proven entry- to mid-level experience in general accounting, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) With experience in (MS Dynamics GP or 365 BC) or any accounting applications. Proficient in the use of Excel & Google Workspace apps.
