Accounting officer
Key responsibilities Perform daily accounts operation e.g. vendor's claim verification & data inputting Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments and following up on outstanding invoices Handle daily bank reconciliation Assist in month-end closing process Conduct in daily book keeping activities, including filing Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Diploma in Business in Finance or Accountancy, or related discipline Experience in FMCG / Retail industry is preferred At least 2 years of solid working experience in full set accounting, experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Accountant Able to work independently, self-discipline and proactive with sense of responsibility and attention to details Able to build solid and effective working relationships with others Positive working attitude with ability to identify and solve problem Hands on knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel SAP knowledge is definitely an asset Full-time
