We are looking for dedicated ACCOUNTING OFFICER! Job Specifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. 3 - 4 years of experience in accounting, audit or in a similar role is preferred, CPA Passer is highly preferred. Familiarity in Accounting Software and Accounting Principles. Good written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates responsibility in meeting deadlines and ensuring accurate and complete documentation. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing. Maintain records of financial transactions, summarizing them for reporting purposes. Knowledgeable in ERP System. Collaborate with other departments to ensure transactions are posted correctly. Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and external regulations. Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports from the ERP system. Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets and forecasts, utilizing ERP data. Provide support to Accounting Supervisor and other Finance staff in their duties as needed. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday ON-SITE (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Location: Mimosa Corner Oackwood Greenwoods Executive Village Pasig, City Work Location: In person
