Reports on-site everyday 2. Reports directly to the Board of Directors. 3. Manages and maintains all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers for the generation of financial statements, ensuring that all of the Company's transactions have been recorded correctly and completely. 4. Handles Day-to-day Transactions 5. Ensures the company’s banking operations and secure that all funds are appropriately banked for efficiency and returns 6. Checks that the tax regulations are in compliance with established standards 7. In-charge of documenting all service and control standards, procedures, and policies 8. Oversight and processing of all related documentation requirements that the branch if possible can make 9. Renewal of company permits and registrations for all the branches 10. Review and improve current accounting processes and procedures and recommend possible improvements. 11. Perform cut-off, checks and verifies cash transactions, as well as, investigates and proposes possible resolution for any discrepancies 12. Will handle other 2 more business units 13. Perform other tasks that may be assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 2. At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of being in a supervisor role 3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization 5. Advance Microsoft Excel skills; experience with quickbooks and other financial systems 6. Strong financial system and business administration understanding 7. Amenable to work under pressure 8. Amenable to learn new system and process of the company 9. Must have pleasing personality and excellent problem solving and communication skills 10. Knowledge with ISO 9001 is a plus Application Question(s): What is your expected salary?
