As Accounting Manager, you will oversee accounting activities, strengthen internal controls, and guide the Accounting Department toward efficient and reliable financial management. What You'll Do Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports. Maintain compliance with PFRS, BIR regulations, PhilHealth billing requirements, and internal hospital policies. Strengthen internal controls and promote proper management and stewardship of hospital funds. Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting Department team to support high standards of performance and professionalism. What We're Looking For Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Knowledge of PFRS, BIR regulations, and PhilHealth billing processes. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity. Excellent communication and people-management skills.
