The position will be responsible for daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely accounting records, managing monthly and year-end closing processes, monitoring accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations, and ensuring timely tax filings and statutory reporting. The Accounting Manager will also coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and relevant authorities, ensuring that all accounting processes are carried out in compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role, Good knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations, Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero, with the ability to effectively use these accounting systems, Good command of written and spoken English, Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Team-oriented with strong leadership skills. JOB DESCRIPTION Manage daily accounting operations and ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded, Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations, Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations, Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements, Follow accounting processes across our global organization, ensure alignment with established procedures, and maintain the necessary coordination, Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial documentation, Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and maintain effective internal control mechanisms. Manage daily accounting operations, Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual financial closings, Prepare reports in accordance with corporate and statutory requirements, Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements across the region, Coordinate external audit processes and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and government authorities, Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial forecasting activities, Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with Titan Aviation’s financial policies and procedures, Manage, develop, and lead the local accounting team, Perform other duties as assigned by management.
