The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory, costing, and construction-related transactions and can provide accurate financial information to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, cash, and bank reconciliation . Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports . Monitor inventory, raw materials, finished goods, and production costs . Prepare and analyze product costing and cost per block/unit . Monitor material consumption, wastage, production variances, and manufacturing overhead. Manage accounts receivable, collections, supplier payments, and cash flow . Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and accounting procedures. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers, and relevant government agencies. Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations . Provide Management with financial analysis and recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field . Minimum 5 years of accounting experience , preferably with supervisory/managerial experience. Experience in manufacturing accounting is highly preferred. Background in construction, construction materials, or project-based businesses is an advantage. Strong knowledge of inventory and cost accounting . Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems . Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. CPA/license is an advantage. Preferred Experience Experience with hollow blocks, concrete products, construction materials, manufacturing plants, contractors, or similar businesses is a strong advantage.
