Employment Type: Full-time About the Role : we are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and execute accounting financial reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for accuracy, compliance, deadlines, and coordination with management, auditors, and regulators. What You'll Do: · Approve vouchers, adjustments, and entries within authority limits · Ensure timely processing of bills, vouchers, payments, and month-end cut-offs · Ensure accounting entries comply with GAAP/PAS and internal accounting policies · Supervise preparation of ledgers, review APVs, and validate month-end journals · Review and approve bank and balance sheet reconciliations · Oversee and validate payroll processing · Ensure accurate tax computations, filings, and remittances · Manage month-end and year-end closing activities · Prepare financial analyses for management · Ensure compliance and timely submissions to SEC, BIR, LGUs, and regulators · Coordinate with external auditors for interim and annual audits · Handle business permit renewals and registration of books · Manage reconciliation of inter-company accounts and bank statements · Lead, train, and evaluate accounting staff · Report financial status and division performance to CFO/General Manager Qualifications: - Graduate of Accounting or Finance related course - Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in Managerial capacity (construction or similar preferred). - Broad experience across general accounting, reporting, tax, audit, and compliance. - Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage. - Experience managing and developing an accounting team.
