Accounting Hire - Private Equity-Backed Healthcare Investment Platform

Compensation: $110,000–$135,000 Base + Bonus

Location: Greenwich, CT | 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote

We are partnering with a well-established, private equity-backed healthcare investment platform on an Accountant opportunity. The organization has a strong track record of growth and is entering an exciting next phase of expansion, making this an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with significant investment activity.

This role will join a lean, collaborative finance team and work closely with senior leadership, gaining broad exposure across fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment operations.

The Opportunity:

• Support the fund accounting function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Assist with NAV calculations, investor reporting, and capital activity.
• Work closely with the CFO, Controller, and broader accounting team on fund and management company accounting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Gain exposure to fund operations, investment activity, and portfolio-level financial reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and ongoing accounting initiatives as the platform continues to expand.

Ideal Background:

• 3–8 years of accounting experience, ideally within public accounting.
• Experience in public accounting, a public/private combination, or a private investment firm.
• Financial services experience preferred, particularly within private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments.
• Strong candidates coming from other public accounting industries will also be considered.
• Solid technical accounting skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Motivated, proactive, and interested in developing within a growing investment platform.
