Are you an Accountancy, Finance, or Accounting Information Systems student looking for an internship that goes beyond routine accounting tasks? At Achieve Without Borders, Inc. As an Accounting & ERP Intern , you'll work alongside our ERP Functional Consulting team, helping analyze business processes, work with accounting data, test ERP solutions, and understand how financial requirements are translated into technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to turn what you've learned in class into practical business and technology experience. What You'll Work On During your internship, you'll gain exposure to: Accounting and financial process analysis Business process mapping and workflow improvement Financial reporting and analysis ERP accounting modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting Accounting data validation and migration ERP configuration and implementation support System testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Preparation of process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Client requirements and business process analysis Support for ERP implementation and consulting activities You'll also have the opportunity to work with real business processes and financial information while learning how accounting teams use technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. Who We're Looking For We're open to students currently taking any of the following courses: BS Accountancy Accounting Information Systems Management Accounting Financial Management Accounting Technology Business Administration major in Financial Management Other accounting, finance, or business-related programs We'd Love to Meet You If You Have: A basic understanding of accounting principles and the accounting cycle Familiarity with journal entries and financial statements Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Curiosity about how businesses use technology A willingness to learn and take on new challenges Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your interest in understanding how accounting and technology work together.
