# Accounting Director **Trinity University of Asia** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role POSITION SUMMARY The Accounting Director (AD) serves as the University's chief financial-related compliance officer, external audit lead, sod financial reporting head The AD provides executive leadership over accounting operations, statutory compliance, audit coordination, internal controls, documentation standards, and ERP financial modules. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity. timeliness, and audit readiness of all University financial records and reports, and leads the Accounting Office in alignment with governance, modernization, and institutional priorities. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and certify FS for VPF, ManCom, ExeCom, and BOT. - Oversee general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and closing schedules. - Ensure full financial-related compliance with CHED, DepEd, BIR, SEC, LGU, DOLE, PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-IBIG. - Lead internal and external audit coordination, zero repeat findings. - Oversee student assessment, billing, SOA issuance, subsidiary ledger accuracy, PPE, inventory, TBAF/HCP accounting, and bookstore operations. - Supervise disbursements, payroll, statutory remittances, and operational compliance. - Own and lead ERP financial module configuration, workflow alignment, and digital audit trails. - Lead regulatory appraisals, valuations, actuarial evaluations, and compliance responses. - Provide governance-aligned leadership, documentation discipline, and staff development. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - 7-10 years progressive leadership experience in managing an Accounting Office Strong background in financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance - Experience in higher education or corporate shared services preferred - ERP financial systems experience required - Preferred with CPD units - Additional certifications (CIA, IFRS, CFE, CMA) are an advantage COMPETENCIES - Advanced financial reporting and analysis - Strong regulatory compliance expertise - Internal controls, audit readiness, and documentation discipline - ERP financial systems proficiency - Executive communication and governance-aligned leadership - Accountability, responsiveness, and data-driven decision-making Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month Benefits: - On-site parking - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
