Your Mission

Customer Refunds: Process customer refunds accurately and handle related inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.

Invoice Management: Manage, verify, and check invoices for accuracy and compliance.

Financial Reconciliation: Check and reconcile financial records to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Travel Expenses: Handle and review travel expense reports for the office team.

Accounting Helpdesk: Support internal and external queries through our accounting helpdesk.

Team Support: Assist the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks as needed.

What You Should Bring With You

Excel Skills: Very good Excel skills (this is a key requirement for the role).

Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge or previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and precision in financial processes.

Software: Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
