Flow Force Indonesia Industry : Manufacturing Employment Type : Full-Time Working Days : Monday to Saturday Job Description As part of our growing team, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Staff to support the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting entries (journal entries, bank transactions, petty cash) Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end closing Prepare basic financial reports (income statement, cash flow) Assist with tax reporting (PPN, PPh 21/23) and e-Faktur input Liaise with external auditors or tax consultants as needed Ensure proper documentation and filing of finance records Requirements Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, or SAP ) Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and standard bookkeeping practices High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines Willing to work on-site and support multiple departments Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Experience with company audit preparation or handling multiple branches English communication skills (written & spoken) Familiar with project-based accounting (for EPC/engineering firms) We Offer Competitive salary based on experience BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan THR (Religious Holiday Allowance) Career growth opportunities and supportive team environment How to Apply Please send your CV + recent photo to: Email : hrd@flow-force.com Subject: Application – Accounting & Finance Staff Deadline: 30 May 2026 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
