# Accounting Analyst **Pasig Doctors Medical Center** · Pasig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile inventory records and prepare related journal entries Process, compute, and reconcile professional fees and incentives under HMO accounts Prepare supporting schedules, reports, and reconciliations for month-end closing Coordinate with Purchasing, CSR, Pharmacy, HMO, and other departments to resolve inventory and HMO-related discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course At least a year of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or service-oriented organization Open for fresh graduates Experience in inventory accounting, including reconciliation of inventory records, physical inventory counts, and inventory adjustments Knowledge of professional fees and physician incentive processing, preferably involving HMOs and healthcare charging Familiarity with HMO transactions, hospital charging processes, and related accounting entries is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel |(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,SUMIFS, and basic data analysis) Experience using a hospital information system (HIS) or accounting software is an advantage Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle confidential financial information Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills and can coordinate effectively with physicians, ancillary departments, billing, cashiering, and other departments.
