DMCC Promising International Trading Co. DMCC , a Dubai-based trading company, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience and be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, payments, invoicing, payroll, financial records, and supporting the company’s reporting and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Initiation and preparation of payment instructions. Preparation of journal vouchers and accounting entries. Monthly reconciliation of bank statements with accounting books. Preparation of Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Purchase Invoices, and related documents. Updating and monitoring accounts receivable. Preparation of monthly payroll and pay slips. Review of petty cash transactions and Admin expense reports. Recording transactions in the accounting software. Maintaining accurate soft and hard copies of accounting records. Liaising with overseas offices regarding reconciliation of amounts received and transferred. Providing supporting documents to auditors. Preparing monthly P&L reports and highlighting significant variances to management. Preparing correspondence and documentation for banks. Monitoring accounts payable and receivable. Assisting with VAT records and compliance. Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Performing other accounting duties assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 2 years of accounting experience , preferably in the UAE. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
