This is a broad role combining accounting, regional finance coordination and general office support . You will work in a small, warm and close-knit office environment , supporting both the finance function and the day-to-day operation of the office. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, payment vouchers and financial records Prepare financial reports and maintain accounts for multiple units Handle month-end accounting, reconciliations and internal control checks Prepare and monitor annual budgets in the accounting system Liaise with finance personnel across different regions on accounting and financial matters Handle expense and donation records, payments and related documentation Assist with MPF, employer's returns, insurance renewals and other finance-related matters Support audit, financial reporting and ad hoc analysis Provide general office and administrative support when required Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, vendors and other day-to-day office matters Assist with meetings, travel arrangements, documentation, banking/post-office visits and other ad hoc tasks Requirements: HKICPA qualified Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline Solid hands-on experience in bookkeeping, journal entries and financial reporting Experience handling a reasonable volume of accounting transactions/entries Regional or international accounting exposure preferred Comfortable working in a small office and handling both accounting and general office matters NGO / charity / international organization experience is an advantage Independent, responsible, detail-minded and willing to be hands-on Good written and spoken English and Cantonese Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems Candidates looking for a stable, long-term position are welcome Interested parties please click “APPLY NOW” with your full resume with CURRENT & EXPECTED SALARY.
