We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated female Finance Executive / Accountant with Healthcare background to join our Finance team. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Reconcile cash, card, and online payment collections. Process supplier payments and monitor outstanding balances. Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing activities. Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and MIS reports. Support payroll accounting, employee benefits, and statutory provisions. Maintain fixed asset records and assist with inventory reconciliations. Ensure compliance with VAT, accounting standards, and internal policies. Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation. Coordinate with internal departments Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience (healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
