# Accountant cum Administrator **SABTA TRADING** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Opening: Accountant Cum Admin (Male) Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Full-Time Salary: AED 3,000 per month (All Inclusive) – Negotiable based on experience and knowledge Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Accountant Cum Admin (Male) to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting activities along with general office administration and documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities Accounts Handle complete accounting using Tally Prime Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management Maintain customer and supplier ledgers Follow up on customer receivables and supplier payments Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing Maintain VAT and other statutory records as required Administration Maintain office files, records, and documentation Organize and manage company paperwork Handle email correspondence and general office communication Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers Assist with office purchasing and inventory records Support management with administrative tasks and reporting Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Administration Fluent in Tally Prime (Mandatory) Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong understanding of accounting principles Good communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Preferred Candidate Male candidate with Proficient in English / Hindi / Urdu must. Experience in a trading company will be an advantage Immediate joiners preferred Salary: AED 3,000 (All Inclusive), negotiable depending on experience and knowledge. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
