Knowledge in excel & Financial Reporting Knowledge and experience in VAT BSc in Accounting/Finance Roles and Responsibilities: Admin Work: - Assist the HR Manager for the Employee Files and other related task - Monitoring the expiration of the Visa, EID & passport - Application for the salary prepay card of new workers - Monitoring and arranging the files for health insurance/ workmen compensation of employees - Monitoring and arranging the documents required for car registration and insurance - Monitoring and arranging the requirement for all renewal of rentals and utilities Accounting Work: I. Manage All data entry and accounting transactions. - Ensure timely bank entry transactions - Sales Invoices - Customer Receipts entry - Purchase invoices (Materials/expenses) - Vendor Payment entries - Petty Cash Disbursement - Maintaining and data entry for VAT related transactions as per FTA guidelines - Maintaining general ledger functions II. Monthly & Monitoring Reports - Petty Cash Replenishment - Monthly sales invoices - Disbursement Vouchers monthly list - Customer receipts - Project Monitoring Status III.
