Accountant
Accountant Job Description: Report directly to the Finance Head. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly account reconciliations. Ensure complete and accurate recording of accounting transactions and maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers and other financial records for audit purposes. Prepare and submit statutory reports required by the BIR, SEC, and other regulatory agencies. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions (an advantage). Coordinate with banks and government agencies as needed. Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliations. Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls within the organization. Qualifications: Graduate of Accounting, Accountancy, or any related course. At least 1 year of experience in General Accounting. Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision. Can start ASAP.
