Responsibilities Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate financial data Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments to maintain up-to-date accounting records Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify cash balances and transactions Conduct revenue and sales reconciliations to ensure accuracy of reported income Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to produce timely financial statements Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports to support business decision-making Monitor cash flow and assist in cash flow planning to maintain financial stability Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Prepare and submit GST returns, ensuring compliance with Singapore GST regulations Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation for audit readiness Liaise with external auditors by providing audit schedules and necessary documentation Assist with annual audit and year-end financial matters to facilitate smooth audit processes Follow up on outstanding receivables and payment issues to optimize cash collection Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assigned by management to support business operations Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification Proficient knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST requirements Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience handling full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software to enhance reporting efficiency Ability to analyze financial data and solve problems to improve accounting accuracy Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet reporting deadlines Capability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities effectively Vision Display Pte Ltd was incorporated on 17 December 2013.
