You will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support local tax and regulatory compliance, including UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain general ledgers, journals, and sub-ledgers, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, manage customer billings, oversee collections, and monitor aging reports. Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, customer, and supplier account reconciliations. UAE Tax Compliance: Handle UAE VAT calculations, documentation, and return preparation/filing, alongside support for UAE Corporate Tax compliance. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management MIS reports. Audit Support: Prepare schedules and documentation required for internal and external audits. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Hands-on accounting experience, with recent and proven work experience in the UAE. Freshers with home country experience can also apply. Solid understanding of local UAE financial/tax regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience with major ERP systems/accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or MS Dynamics). Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in English.
