This position will help maintain accurate financial records, manage bookkeeping and payroll, and prepare financial reports for company leadership and investors. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation: $62,400 per year Flexible Scheduling Career Advancement Opportunities 401K Medical Benefits Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions Assist with biweekly payroll processing Prepare biweekly and monthly financial reports Prepare weekly/monthly reports for company investors Reconcile accounts and assist with accounts payable/receivable Maintain accurate and organized financial records Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
