Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records. Manage personal and business accounts of the personal/directors. Handle accounting related to personal, home, vehicle, business, mortgage, and other financial liabilities. Track loan repayments, interest calculations, EMIs and TDS refunds. Reconcile bank accounts, loan accounts, and ledger balances. Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with banks, CAs, auditors, and financial institutions for documentation and reconciliations. Maintain records of investments, fixed assets, and financial documents. Ensure timely payment of EMIs, utility bills, taxes, and other financial obligations. Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Online banking payments like NEFT, RTGS, Gpay. Taxation Rules, Regulations & Return Filling Process for GST, E-way Bill, Custom Duty & TDS. Online Portals usage of GST, E-way Bill, Customs / Ice gate, TDS, Income Tax & ROC. Full knowledge of Excel, Email, Tally ERP and Service Industry experience must be. Minimum 4/5 years of Experience in Accounting, Taxation & Finance. Able to pass all the accounting entries in tally. Cost Centre knowledge. Payroll knowledge Bank Reconciliation + Party Ledgers. 3. Salaries & Benefits. Salary Range will be Rs. 22,500 to Rs. 27,500/- CTC this is just for your reference. Final Salary will be decided at the time of Interview only. Salaried on Company Payroll.
