Job description: Accountant – Automobile Body Works Company: Car Body Workshop Location: Hyderabad, Attapur – 500048 Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 per month Experience: 2–5 years Age : above 30 Job Summary Body Works is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities for our automobile body repair and fabrication workshop. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, billing, cash and bank transactions, vendor payments, customer outstanding, and basic GST accounting. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime Prepare customer invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records Maintain daily cash and bank transactions Track customer outstanding payments and follow up when required Record vendor bills, purchases, and payments Maintain workshop expenses and material purchase records Perform bank and ledger reconciliation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports Maintain customer and vendor ledgers Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents Coordinate with management regarding payments, expenses, and outstanding amounts Requirements 2–5 years of accounting experience Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel Basic knowledge of GST and Indian accounting practices Experience in billing, ledger maintenance, cash handling, and bank reconciliation Good communication and numerical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting work Experience in an automobile workshop, car body shop, service center, or similar business will be preferred Education B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
