Key Responsibilities: Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports, and cost accounting reports. Review and prepare VAT and tax reports, and conduct tax research. Compile and analyze financial data to prepare journal entries, general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. Establish, maintain, and implement accounting procedures and controls. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients as needed. Resolve accounting discrepancies. Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, accounting software systems, and manual filing systems. Supervise the input and management of financial data and reports in the company’s automated financial systems. Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com). Proficient in MS Office and Tally Software. Additional Requirements: Full-time position. Candidate must currently be based in the UAE and available to join immediately. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Real Estate or Shopping Mall sectors (preferred). Location: Dubai Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
