Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and payments. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Handle Staff salaries, allowances, and other operational costs . Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding accounts-related matters. Assist with bank reconciliations, outstanding payments, and follow-ups. Support monthly closing and other routine accounting activities. Ensure proper filing and compliance with company accounting procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel. Experience in shipping/maritime accounting will be an advantage. Good attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
