The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and practical knowledge of UAE financial and taxation requirements, with the ability to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT-related activities, and client accounts with accuracy and professionalism. The role requires a detail-oriented and process-driven finance professional who can manage multiple accounts, maintain accurate financial records, support compliance requirements, and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients and assignments. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and financial summaries. Manage invoicing, receipt tracking, payment follow-ups, and other accounts receivable activities. Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Assist with UAE VAT preparation, filing, and related documentation. Ensure financial records and processes comply with applicable UAE regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Support clients with accounting documentation, financial reporting, reconciliations, and routine finance-related queries. Coordinate with clients, auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for finance and compliance-related requirements. Assist with payroll coordination, petty cash management, reimbursements, and other finance-related administrative activities. Conduct periodic reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Maintain proper documentation and organized digital records for all assigned accounts. Stay updated on relevant UAE accounting, VAT, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Provide timely financial insights and updates to management and clients as required . Required Skills & Qualifications ACCA Part-Qualified or CA/CMA Part-Qualified preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE. Experience in an accounting, finance, audit, or consultancy environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Practical understanding of UAE VAT and taxation requirements. Good understanding of IFRS and UAE accounting practices. Proficiency in Zoho Books or other accounting software. Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication and client coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
