Accountant
Key Responsibilities o Manage full-cycle accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements o Analyze financial data and present clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders o Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations o Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance o Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency o Handle ad hoc financial reporting and special projects as needed Qualifications o Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience o Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), including setup and troubleshooting - preferred o Solid understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles o Experience preparing financial statements (minimum of 3 full accounting cycles) and communicating financial insights to non-accounting stakeholders o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously o Strong organizational and time management skills o Ability to work independently Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
