ROLEOVERVIEW The Accountant, Finance at Mandala Club is responsible for managing all daily accounting operation, GL, AR & AP including financial administrative tasks; the role is the bridge between the Operational Team and the Finance Department and reports directly to the Snr Finance Manager. KEY OBJECTIVES &DELIVERABLES. Supporting CFO, GM and Senior Finance Manager Work closely with Membership department and outsourced accounting department in Singapore Daily accounting operations GL, AR & AP Preparation / supporting invoices Perform debtors and creditors statement reconciliation Daily Sales Report Weekly CMS payments Reconciliation Monthly Gym Financial Report Reconciliation Attending to auditors enquiries Other ad hoc duties OTHER INFORMATION. Flexible and able to adapt to fast pace environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Great attention to detail. Extremely disciplined and focused to achieve agreed targets within given deadlines. Able to communicate clearly at all levels within an organization. Motivated and eager to learn THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE Certified Accountant Min, 2 years of audit experience OR 3 years of prior experience in Finance Shared Services Good experience in full sets of accounting Be proficient with accounting software applications Advanced skill of Excel/Words Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
