Experience: 4+ Years Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable based on experience and interview performance Job Summary Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Accountant with 4+ years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial records and other accounting activities. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment transactions. Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities. Prepare MIS and financial reports. Monitor outstanding payments and receivables. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments. Assist with audit requirements and financial reporting. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Perform other accounts-related activities as assigned by management. Requirements 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance. Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Knowledge of GST and TDS . Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel . Strong numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Salary Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
