Accountant
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage endto-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliations in a manufacturing and renewable energy environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closures and assist in financial statement preparation. Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. Handle GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, GSTR filings, TDS provisions, Income Tax compliance, statutory deductions, and related reconciliations. Manage inventory accounting, WIP, finished goods, fixed assets, depreciation, cost allocation, and stock reconciliations in a manufacturing setup. Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and maintain robust accounting controls. Support statutory audits, internal audits, GST audits, and tax audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Stores, Required Qualifications & Experience Education: CMA Qualified (Preferred) or CA Inter with 2+years of experience Experience: Minimum 2years of hands-on experience in core accounting; experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, EPC, or Industrial sectors is preferred. Required Skills Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory regulations. Deep hands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger management, and complete tax compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIFS, data analysis, and MIS reporting. Working knowledge of ERP/accounting software such as TCS iON (Preferred), SAP, Oracle, Zoho ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and capability to work under deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
