Assist in vessels accounting data entry. Verification and handling of all Accounts Payable invoices and processes. Ensure invoices are processed and paid to the supplier on time. Assist in reviewing general and administrative expenses (including staff claim/utilities/rental) for the treasury department for payment. Verification of banking details of the suppliers when making payment for the first time. Other ad-hoc duties as required.
