Preparemonthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis. Performgeneral ledger maintenance, journal entries, and BS account reconciliations. Project Accounting & Cost Control Trackproject costs, revenue recognition, and project profitability. Supportproject managers with budget monitoring and cost analysis. Assistin tender costing and project financial reporting. Tax & Statutory Compliance Prepareand submit GST returns. Ensurecompliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Supportannual statutory audit and corporate tax filing processes. ERP/SystemMigration & Financial Data Reconciliation Support theimplementation and migration of accounting and finance systems, including datavalidation and user testing. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepanciesarising from system migration activities. Preferred Experience Experiencein engineering, construction, facilities management, or project-basedindustries. Familiaritywith project costing and revenue recognition Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years working experience Experiencehandling full sets of accounts independently.
