We are seeking someone who understands how contracting projects are costed, billed, and tracked from start to completion. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly financial reports. Track project budgets, costs, payments, and profitability. Prepare and monitor client invoices, payment certificates, and outstanding receivables. Manage supplier and subcontractor invoices and payments. Reconcile bank accounts and maintain complete supporting documentation. Assist with payroll, VAT records, and other accounting requirements in the UAE. Work with the project and management teams to provide clear, up-to-date financial information. Requirements At least 5 years of accounting experience. Previous accounting experience in a building contracting company is mandatory. Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and supplier and subcontractor payments. Familiarity with UAE VAT and accounting practices. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
