Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records. Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately. Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment documents. Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements. Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and information. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis. Support management with required accounting reports and MIS. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures. Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
