We build and operate locker technology for luggage storage and delivery. We are a small, focused team hiring a part-time accountant to keep our finances clean as we grow. Role Overview You will own the day-to-day bookkeeping and reporting for an early-stage technology business. This role suits an experienced accountant who wants flexible, part-time hours and direct responsibility. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate bookkeeping across all accounts Process invoices, receipts, and expense records Reconcile bank statements and payment accounts monthly Prepare VAT filings and ensure FTA compliance Manage payroll entries and WPS coordination Produce monthly profit and loss statements and cash flow summaries Support year-end accounts and liaise with external parties as required Flag discrepancies early and suggest process improvements Requirements 3+ years accounting experience, ideally with UAE small businesses Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax rules Strong Excel skills Accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work independently Good written and spoken English Own UAE residence visa preferred Nice to Have Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CMA, or equivalent What We Offer Flexible part-time hours, 5 to 10 per week Remote-friendly setup with occasional in-person days Scope to grow the role as the company scales How to Apply Send your CV and a short note on your UAE accounting experience.
