Job Description & Requirements Able to handle full set of accounts Handle quarterly GST submission and receivables Monitor cash flow Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP Preparation of year end statutory financial statements Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors Liaise and communicate with bankers, customer, suppliers and internal related departments Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards Preparation of corporate tax computation Preparation of annual budget Good inventory knowledge and will be good to have some costing exposure Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent At least 5 years working experience in auditing and commercial respectively Computer literate especially in excel Meticulous, independent and a good interpersonal skill Accounting experience in the construction industry would be an advantage Chiu Teng Construction Co.
