Job Description The Accounts Assistant takes care of Bookkeeping, accounts receivables (invoicing), accounts payable (billing), data compilation, . To participate in ad-hoc finance-related. Responsibilities Generate invoices. Record Supplier and Sales invoices in the accounting system and database excel file. Handle receipts and consolidate bills for payments preparations. Handle employee monthly miscellaneous claims. Prepare Debtors and Creditors Ageing and reconciliation. Assist in answering queries raised by Management and Clients. Filing and other ad hoc duties. Answering phone calls. Requirements N ’level with 5 passes or equivalent is an advantage. A minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage. Certificate in Accountancy with more years of relevant experience will be considered. Experience with Microsoft Office.
