# Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Inventory **F&B Trading Company** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Inventory/Stock Accounting . The role will also support UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, e-invoicing, month-end closing, and general accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle , including customer ledgers, SOAs, collections, receipt allocation, AR aging, and reconciliations. Monitor overdue accounts, credit limits, and payment terms. Maintain and reconcile inventory/stock accounting records and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate stock movements and physical stock counts with Warehouse and Operations. Reconcile inventory balances, valuation, and COGS . Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, reconciliations, and documentation. Support the company's UAE e-invoicing readiness and implementation. Perform bank/account reconciliations and assist with month-end/year-end closing and audits. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience . UAE accounting experience is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Inventory/Stock Accounting . Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax . Knowledge of UAE e-invoicing/Peppol is an advantage. ERP experience; Odoo is an advantage . Strong Microsoft Excel, reconciliation, and analytical skills. Good English communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred: Experience in trading, foodstuff/FMCG, distribution, wholesale, retail, or other inventory-based businesses .
