Accountant/Accounting Officer About the role This is a full-time Accountant position at Integrated Systems Technologies Philippines, OPC, based in Quezon City. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial accounting and reporting, playing a crucial role in overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial records and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Prepare and file BIR requirements, including: Quarterly VAT (2550Q) Monthly Withholding Tax Return (1601-C) Monthly and Quarterly Withholding Tax Returns (0619E and 1601EQ) Quarterly Income Tax Return (1702Q) Annual Alphalist and reconciliation filings (1604CF and 1604E) Income Tax Return preparation and filing Perform monthly bank reconciliations Handle bookkeeping of all company daily transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Prepare year-end financial statements Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and recommendations Renew registration of books of accounts Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Management Accounting (CPA license is preferred but not required) At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, taxation, and management reporting, preferably in a manufacturing industry Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in accounting software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee Ability to commute/relocate: Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
