Account Supervisor
Description You are intelligent, passionate, and able to affect change. In this role, you will lead day-to-day delivery across assigned accounts and studies supporting digital products used in clinical trials. You will coordinate work across the team, guide junior colleagues, and help protect quality, timelines, budgets, and the customer experience. This role presents the opportunity to work with sponsors, study teams, and cross-functional clinical, operational, product, and technology stakeholders. You will: Lead day-to-day delivery across assigned accounts and studies, working with senior leads on customer success and delivery strategies. Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship lead for assigned customers and studies. Facilitate regular touchpoints, monitor satisfaction, resolve routine issues, and escalate strategic or delivery concerns as appropriate. Oversee project planning, implementation, onboarding, deployment, and delivery for assigned digital products and services. Delegate and coordinate project activities, review outputs, and provide guidance to account executives and other junior team members. Review and oversee timelines, calendars, action plans, agendas, call notes, metrics reports, and other account materials. Coordinate workstreams across customers, study teams, content resources, project managers, product leads, technology teams, and other stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, action items, and customer concerns. Protect quality, timelines, and the customer experience across assigned work. Monitor delivery performance, customer outcomes, project budgets, utilization, forecasts, and scope. Recommend action when changes are needed. Contribute to demonstrations, solution reviews, implementation planning, proposals, presentations, customer retention, and account growth. Identify opportunities to improve or expand digital products and related service offerings. Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. At least four years of relevant professional experience, ideally in medical communications, clinical-trial operations, a clinical environment, pharmaceutical development, a healthcare agency, digital product delivery, SaaS, or a related service industry. An understanding of medical communications and the clinical-trial landscape, including the needs of sponsors and study teams. Direct clinical-trial experience is helpful but not required. Experience supporting customer relationships and coordinating delivery across multiple projects or workstreams. Experience delegating project activities, reviewing work, and guiding junior colleagues. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, risks, and customer priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, product, technology, and other cross-functional teams. Experience working with product and technology teams. Product-development experience is preferred. Experience using AI tools in production or content-delivery workflows preferred. Proficiency with project management and CRM platforms, including Wrike, Salesforce, or comparable business systems. Ability to support demonstrations and explain platform capabilities in practical terms for customers and study teams. Working knowledge of project budgets, scope, utilization, forecasting, and related business considerations. Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, prioritization, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
