This field-based role involves generating new business through dealer and client relationships, ensuring the quality and completeness of credit applications, and managing accounts for profitability and compliance. Key Responsibilities Solicit new accounts from construction equipment dealers, agents, and direct clients Negotiate financing agreements with prospective clients and partners Secure all required documentation for lease/loan booking Pre-screen clients based on existing credit policies and procedures Maintain and manage an active client portfolio to meet sales and credit targets Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth account processing Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate superior Qualifications Graduate of Economics, Business Administration, or other business-related courses 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fieldwork or client-facing roles Background in banking, leasing, or financing is an advantage Strong negotiation and communication skills Practical experience in field sales or account management Computer-literate and trainable; open to continuous learning Able to work independently and handle multiple accounts Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel or be assigned to different locations Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
