Experience in as a BDM and Account Management is mandatory . End to End US Staffing experience. Candidates should have expertise dealing various US Tax Terms W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 for various consultants. Required Skills: Should be able to maintain good contacts with the employers and vendors. Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between client and candidate expectations. Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates in a timely manner.
