Benefits: 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Free food & snacks Opportunity for advancement Paid time off 401(k) Health insurance About us SpeedPro Windy City is a large-format printing and signage studio in Downers Grove. We produce window graphics, wall murals, vehicle and fleet wraps, trade show displays, and signage for clients across Chicagoland and the nation. We are the ones behind the fleet of trucks you see everywhere, and we design, produce, and install the murals and graphics you see at businesses, universities, and sports arenas. We are a small team with big clients, and we are building the side of the business that serves brands with many locations. About this role You own our multi-location relationships: franchise systems, national brands with Chicago-area sites, property groups, and the agencies that buy for them. These are program accounts. The same graphics package goes into twenty or two hundred locations, on a schedule, to a brand standard, with a purchase order and a certificate of insurance for every site. You are the person who makes that happen and who turns one location into the next forty. This is a growth seat. You will service the accounts we have, but the job is measured on the accounts you build. You do not need print experience. You need to have grown a book of business-to-business accounts and to like learning how things are made. We will teach you our materials, our methods, and our pricing. What you will own Account growth Grow existing national and franchise accounts: more locations, more product lines, longer agreements Prospect and land new program accounts: franchisors, multi-location operators, brand and facilities managers, agencies Build the relationships that get us specified into brand standards, so the next location comes to us by default Program management Scope, quote, and manage rollouts across many sites: site surveys, specs, proofs, production schedules, install windows, and close-out Manage the paperwork that program accounts run on: vendor onboarding portals, purchase orders, certificates of insurance, W-9s, net terms, and permits Coordinate with our office manager and production team so program work flows through the shop without disrupting local orders Keep every open program visible: what is approved, what is in production, what is installed, what is invoiced Client relationship Be the single point of contact your accounts trust Run quarterly reviews with your top accounts; know their rollout calendar before they tell you Resolve issues fast and in writing. A missed install at one site cannot become a lost account What we are looking for Required Three or more years in business-to-business account management, inside or outside sales, or client program management, with responsibility for growing revenue, not just servicing it Experience with multi-location, franchise, or program accounts in any industry: uniforms, fixtures, facilities services, promotional products, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, commercial furniture, construction services, or similar Comfortable with specifications, dimensions, and production files. You will learn our materials and methods here; you need to be someone who likes learning how things are made Organized enough to run many concurrent orders across many sites without dropping one. You keep a system, and it is written down Clear, direct writer. Program accounts run on email and documentation Valid driver’s license. Local travel to client sites and installs Based in Downers Grove with flexibility for client visits Strong plus Sign, print, graphics, trade show, or point-of-purchase industry experience Selling to or working inside a franchise system Agency-side production or account experience CRM or order management systems. We use CoreBridge Familiarity with permits, certificates of insurance, and vendor compliance portals What this is not This is not a design seat, and it is not a phone-bank sales job. It is relationship and program work with a technical product, for someone who wants to build a book of accounts that renews. How to apply Send us your resume and, if you have one, a short note on the largest multi-location account you have managed or grown. If it looks like a fit, we will set up a call. SpeedPro Windy City is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
