Account Manager Mandarin Speaker
Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts , including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting schedules. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records. Handle accounting entries, accruals, prepayments and daily bookkeeping. Monitor debtors, creditors, expenses and financial transactions. Review financial records and reports to identify discrepancies or irregularities. Conduct and support internal audit activities , including reviewing financial and operational processes. Assess internal controls, identify weaknesses and recommend improvements. Prepare audit working papers, documentation and audit reports. Coordinate with external auditors and relevant departments when required. Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions. Assist with budgeting, financial analysis and year-end closing. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures and internal controls. Maintain proper financial and audit documentation. Perform other ad hoc accounting, audit and finance-related duties assigned by management. Requirements: Account Executive: Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience with strong full set accounts experience . Internal Audit: Relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting or financial controls . Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related field. Proficient in accounting software such as SQL, LegalSoft or other relevant systems . Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
