This is a high-touch role requiring proactive engagement, clear communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Responsibilities Job Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and update Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan documents. Collaborate with Field Representatives to deliver an overall positive customer experience. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service. Request information/documentation from clients to assist them with outstanding deficiencies and code compliance. Provide assistance with violations. Ensure timely completion of all deliverables. Deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Compose and produce business correspondence. Answer Office Phones - respond promptly to requests for assistance and inquiries. Skills & Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years’ experience in account management, customer service, or service coordination, ideally in a fire/life safety environment. Proficiency in CRM systems as well as Microsoft suite of products. Highly organized, deadline-driven, Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch customer service with empathy, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
