Responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities Conduct various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction Utilize client feedback to improve customer experience About you Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in sales or selling IT products, solutions, services Exposed in Account and Relationship Management Knowledge in Business Development or in Sales and Technical Operations Above average desktop skills (MS Office especially PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Very good negotiation skills Works well under pressure Amenable to work in Makati from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
